Process Program Manager

About the role

Microsoft Operations is seeking a Process Program Manager to shape and evolve the Services operating model. You will bring structure, clarity, and scalability to ambiguous areas, driving process efficiency across the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and shaping of operating model components, including process ownership and governance structures.
• Clarify undefined or evolving areas by structuring problems, aligning stakeholders, and translating operating model direction into scalable processes.
• Design, execute, and continuously improve operational processes across the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to reduce execution friction and enhance process quality.
• Drive data‑driven outcomes and measurable improvements in efficiency, timeliness, quality, and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and influence without formal authority.
• Leadership, structured thinking, and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Experience translating operating model direction into scalable processes and governance.
