Process Improvement Consultant II

About the role

The Process Improvement Consultant II supports stakeholders and process owners in identifying, designing, and implementing improvements across business operations. Working under senior consultants, you will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable performance gains and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and sustain process‑improvement engagements, including Kaizen events, using data‑driven tools and techniques.
• Develop process architecture, maps, metrics, business requirements and impact analyses.
• Provide junior‑level consulting to stakeholders, guiding them through change‑management activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business problems and escalate risks when necessary.
• Identify improvement opportunities and advocate for best‑practice standards and industry benchmarks.
