Process Excellence Consultant

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end process transformation for a specific industry or function, integrating AI agents and designing future‑state operating models. Serve as the domain authority, guiding clients and internal teams through change.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full transformation design cycle from market assessment to adoption planning.
• Embed AI into process designs, specifying agent autonomy, escalation triggers, and human‑agent handoffs.
• Run client discovery workshops, present recommendations to senior leadership, and manage day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis, change‑impact assessments, and facilitate design‑thinking sessions.
• Develop and maintain redesign playbooks and contribute to business development proposals.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, present to senior leaders, and deliver benchmarking analyses.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry or functional domain.

Required skills

• Process mining or digital twin techniques for process validation.
• AI‑assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshop facilitation.
• Design of future‑state processes with AI integration points.
