Process Excellence Consultant

About the role

The Process Excellence Consultant will support senior consultants and business stakeholders in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities across the organization. This role combines Lean Six Sigma methodology with emerging automation technologies to drive efficiency, cost savings, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in creating process taxonomies and heatmaps to highlight improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases for both large‑scale and smaller process initiatives.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma assessments to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation potential.
• Facilitate in‑person or virtual workshops for small‑to‑medium groups.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Assist teams in implementing approved improvements and automation solutions, ensuring smooth integration.
• Measure effectiveness of changes by tracking metrics, scorecards, and progress toward efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to share best practices and support a continuous‑improvement culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Master’s or additional automation certifications are a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience in a multi‑regional or matrixed organization is advantageous.
