Principal Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable SaaS applications. This senior technical position works remotely across Latin America and drives engineering excellence across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance backend services and modern Angular front‑ends using .NET, C#, Entity Framework, and AWS.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and cross‑functional teams to define technical solutions, create proof‑of‑concepts, and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentoring, code reviews, and adoption of AI‑assisted development tools.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and code quality using tools such as SonarQube and Mend.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional full‑stack engineering experience.
• Proven experience in a principal, lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Strong background in designing distributed systems with Domain‑Driven Design, CQRS, and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience building multi‑tenant SaaS platforms on AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
