Principal FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Principal FP&A Analyst will serve as the lead financial planning and analysis partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing cost management, headcount planning, and financial consolidation for the Go‑To‑Market organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary FP&A partner to the CCO, providing guidance on headcount, investment decisions, and operating cost trade‑offs.
• Lead the annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning processes for Opex, headcount, and strategic initiatives.
• Own monthly close, variance analysis, and cost consolidation for commercial functions.
• Partner cross‑functionally to develop, evaluate, and align on business cases for growth investments and operating model changes.
• Deliver concise, executive‑ready reporting and support Board reporting on cost performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and Finance Systems to ensure accurate cost allocation and strengthen governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis within a commercial or go‑to‑market environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence cost‑related decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering accurate forecasts and insightful variance analysis.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and embedding business cases into financial plans.
