About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Presentation Design Lead to work remotely with a leading foundational AI lab. You will help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional slide‑deck creation, ensuring AI‑generated presentations meet high visual and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI‑generated slide decks across core workflows.
• Design and maintain master templates, complex exhibits, and brand‑compliant layouts.
• Format charts, visual hierarchies, and intricate graphics to meet consulting‑level quality.
• Provide rapid turnaround fixes and enhancements for slide decks.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve presentation‑specific model outputs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating high‑impact, brand‑aligned slide decks.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• PowerPoint (master templates, complex exhibits, brand systems).

• Compensation of $70 per hour (up to $1,400 per week).
• Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, with the option to increase.
