Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver play‑based learning activities.
• Apply Conscious Discipline techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Implement project‑based learning (PBL) and early childhood stimulation programs.
• Manage classroom behavior, communication, and teamwork effectively.
• Develop engaging, developmentally appropriate English‑language learning environments.
