Customer Experience Specialist – Community & Success

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist in Mindvalley’s Academy division, you will be the primary touchpoint for premium‑program students, guiding them from onboarding through graduation. The role blends community management, customer success, and project coordination to ensure learners achieve their personal‑development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch support both asynchronously (email, community platforms) and synchronously (live sessions) to deliver a world‑class learner experience.
• Moderate live events, manage chat, facilitate on‑camera Q&A, and maintain an energetic, safe environment.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for a core content pillar, answering complex learner questions and fostering community discussion.
• Identify and remove learning blockers, flag curriculum or platform issues, and advocate for student success.
• Collect and synthesize student sentiment and survey data to inform product improvements.
• Handle program logistics such as calendar invites, resource uploads, and material accessibility.
• Identify workflow improvements, collaborate with tech teams on automation, and reduce manual friction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in community management, customer success, or EdTech support.
• Proven live‑event moderation experience, comfortable on camera.
• Strong interest in personal growth; familiarity with Mindvalley content is a plus.

Required skills

• Data literacy with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
• Project‑management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Zoom webinar settings, breakout rooms, and moderation controls.
• Community platforms like Circle and Facebook Groups.
• Help‑desk software experience (Zendesk, Intercom).
