About the role

We are seeking a PowerPoint Specialist to design complex business presentations, reports, and Office documents for AI training tasks. This remote, hourly contract role involves creating realistic business scenarios and collaborating with AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex business presentations, reports, and Office documents for AI training.
• Create realistic business scenarios using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with AI models to review, edit, and generate .pptx files.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback.
• Develop prompts and workflows simulating Fortune 500 use cases.
• Document observations to improve AI performance in document creation.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Expertise in business document creation and executive presentation development.
• Understanding of Office Open XML and PowerPoint workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
