Point of Sale Administrator – Pharmacy (Orotina)

About the role

The Point of Sale Administrator will ensure the pharmacy operates according to established standards and regulatory requirements, driving sales performance and maintaining a high level of customer service at the Orotina location.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee operational compliance with Ministry of Health and Pharmacy Board regulations.
• Execute internal processes defined in the Operational Excellence Guide (GEO).
• Achieve sales, expense, margin, and KPI targets for the assigned store.
• Analyze financial results and develop action plans to meet financial objectives.
• Implement the customer service protocol and uphold the store’s presentation standards, including dress code.
• Handle customer complaints, inventory shortages, and communicate market demand to support areas.
• Perform inventory adjustments, receive and organize merchandise, and conduct cyclical counts.
• Apply commercial and marketing strategies, promote a positive work climate, and enforce corporate ethics.
• Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to pharmacy staff; manage scheduling and disciplinary actions as needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of current pharmacy regulations and licensing requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and develop corrective plans.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising processes.
• Experience in applying customer service protocols and maintaining store standards.
• Leadership skills to train, evaluate, and resolve staff issues.
