Plant Assistant – Plant Coyol

About the role

Join a leading dairy company that nourishes thousands of families. As a Plant Assistant at the Coyol plant, you will support daily production operations, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, products, and packaging supplies.
• Pack, arrange, and prepare finished products for storage and distribution.
• Visually inspect product appearance and condition.
• Handle and safeguard equipment, tools, and materials.
• Clean production areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and occupational safety standards.
• Identify and report any issues that could affect quality, safety, or continuity.
• Use assigned tools and equipment correctly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production and service targets.

Required profile

• Completed primary education; third year of secondary school preferred.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• At least 6 months of experience in operational tasks, preferably in the food industry.
• Valid Food Handling Card (required for ice‑cream positions).

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Understanding of HACCP principles.
• Possession of a current Food Handling Card.
