Planner – Production & Materials Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to coordinate planning, procurement, and scheduling of materials for one or more medical device product lines. The role ensures timely material availability and supports efficient production operations within a fast‑growing, technically advanced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update production schedules and related databases.
• Generate paperwork for assigned product lines, including traveler issuance, closing, and linking floor jobs to system orders.
• Estimate and plan raw‑material and other material requirements; coordinate purchasing activities.
• Revise purchasing or planning documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production progress to meet ship dates and avoid over‑ or under‑shipping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning, materials management, or manufacturing operations.
• Good written and oral English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
