Performance Marketer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketer to design and run paid‑acquisition campaigns that fuel growth for our SaaS, MarTech and B2B clients. Reporting to leadership, you will own the full funnel—from media buying to conversion analysis—and turn insights into scalable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end performance campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, budgets and creative assets to maximise ROI.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑performing visual assets based on data.
• Analyse full‑funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Report key KPIs such as CAC, LTV and ROAS to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume ad spend while meeting efficiency targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent copywriting skills for high‑conversion advertising.
