Performance Landing Page & Funnel Designer

About the role

A U.S.-based technology company that helps brands improve digital advertising performance through creative production, testing and optimization is hiring a full-time, 100% remote Performance Landing Page & Funnel Designer. The role is based in LATAM and collaborates with teams in the USA (10 to 7 PST). The designer builds mobile-first, high-converting landing pages and funnels that turn paid traffic into customers, combining visual design with conversion rate optimization and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch mobile-first landing pages and conversion funnels for paid advertising campaigns.
• Create polished, brand-aligned experiences and structure persuasive funnels that present problems, benefits, trust and objection handling.
• Keep paid ad creatives and landing page content aligned.
• Implement responsive designs with website builders, ecommerce platforms or custom development.
• Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams and apply CRO principles, supporting A/B testing.
• Review funnel performance, perform quality assurance and identify optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of experience designing and building landing pages or funnels.
• Proven experience personally designing and implementing live, functional pages, not just mockups.
• Strong portfolio of conversion-focused work for consumer brands, DTC/ecommerce or digital products.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent English communication.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Webflow, comparable website builders or custom-coded implementations.
• Understanding of CRO, A/B testing, direct-response marketing and conversion-focused UX.
• Nice to have: Replo, Framer, Unbounce, ClickFunnels, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, analytics and heatmapping tools, and experience with paid traffic from Meta, Google, TikTok.

Salary: USD 2,000 - 2,500 per month; contractor role.
