Payroll Product Instructor

About the role

The Payroll Product Instructor will join Workday’s Education team to deliver engaging learning experiences on the Workday payroll suite. You will train customers, partners, and internal colleagues, helping them maximize the value of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Workday’s training and qualification program to achieve product proficiency.
• Lead full‑day training sessions in English for diverse audiences, both onsite and virtually.
• Use dynamic presentation techniques to keep learners engaged and improve knowledge retention.
• Provide participants with practical tools and facilitation methods to ensure successful adoption.
• Stay current on software updates and new product features, integrating them into training content.
• Leverage self‑learning resources to quickly master emerging functionalities.

Required profile

• Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and maintain Workday product certifications.
• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led training to adult learners.
• Self‑motivated learner who can quickly assimilate new software updates.
