Design & Documentation Consultant III – Technical Writer

About the role

The Design & Documentation Consultant III will lead the creation, audit, and continuous improvement of training and documentation programs. You will work closely with clinical leads, supervisors, and managers to ensure that learning solutions meet accreditation criteria and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver complex training and train‑the‑trainer programs.
• Audit training content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with prescribed protocols.
• Lead quality‑improvement initiatives related to training and documentation.
• Monitor industry standards, accreditation criteria, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain and enhance content repositories and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve business problems and communicate progress.
