FP&A Automation & AI Manager

About the role

Telna is seeking a hands‑on FP&A Automation & AI Manager to lead the finance transformation of its planning function. This high‑visibility position will design AI‑driven solutions, streamline budgeting and forecasting, and deliver executive‑level insights for a rapidly growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑based automation across FP&A and broader finance processes.
• Own execution of budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning in Adaptive Planning, including scenario modeling.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards used company‑wide.
• Develop advanced Excel models that handle large, complex datasets.
• Deliver driver‑based forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and support management and board‑level presentations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Continuously improve efficiency to keep the FP&A team lean and high‑performing.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on FP&A experience covering budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven experience with Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly autonomous, execution‑focused, and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
