Payment Processing Assistant

About the role

The Payment Processing Assistant joins Convera’s Back Office Operations team to ensure smooth, high‑quality processing of customer transactions. Working closely with Client Support, Sales and other internal stakeholders, you will help clients move money across borders efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Build beneficiary templates using banking details provided by clients.
• Understand country‑specific currency requirements to process outgoing payments for business clients.
• Review and validate banking details received from internal and external parties.
• Monitor intake channels and work queues to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma.
• Professional‑level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an English‑speaking global environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
