Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager

About the role

Acquia is looking for a Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of partner‑facing processes. You will combine strong analytical instincts with hands‑on AI development to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and boost partner satisfaction across a global ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in partner and internal processes, map end‑to‑end journeys, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as Claude, Gemini, and other automation platforms.
• Maintain and optimize partner‑operations systems including Salesforce, Jira, the Partner Portal, and Crossbeam.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) reduction, cost traceability, and contract negotiations.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and rollout of new tools and platforms for partner operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or partner program management within a fast‑growing technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
