Partner Account Manager – Amazon Shipping

About the role

This role joins Amazon Shipping’s fast‑growing transportation business to own and grow relationships with shipping software integrators and channel partners. You will drive partner onboarding, health, and joint go‑to‑market programs while feeding partner feedback into Amazon’s product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new integrator partners, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and other teams to meet timelines and success criteria.
• Serve as primary contact for an assigned portfolio of partners, handling day‑to‑day requests, escalations, product adoption, integration health and shipper experience.
• Execute joint go‑to‑market and co‑marketing programs and run regular business reviews to surface insights and growth opportunities.
• Collect and prioritize partner and shipper feedback, delivering structured feature requests to Product and Engineering.

Required profile

• 3+ years in digital advertising, client‑facing or partnership roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.

Required skills

• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting partner and volume data.
