High-Ticket Sales Manager (Coaching & Online Education)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing online education and coaching company seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to own our pipeline and lead a team of 4‑10 sales professionals. The role is 95% team management and 5% direct closing, working closely with the founder to turn leads into booked calls and cash collected.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end pipeline: instant contact, full‑cycle work, close, and cash collection.
• Set and enforce response standards for inbound leads to protect show rates and keep the calendar full.
• Drive outbound activity: dial standards, daily habit formation, and pipeline revival.
• Run daily sales meetings, one‑on‑ones, and performance reviews to coach and unblock reps.
• Build and maintain clear performance dashboards and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑ticket sales, preferably in coaching or education.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team, or readiness to step into that role.
• Comfortable living in numbers, reporting, and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong communication, calm under pressure, and bias toward ownership and action.

Required skills

• Modern sales stack proficiency: HubSpot (CRM), Calendly, Fathom, a dialer/outbound tool.
• Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration.
