Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role
The Outbound Sales Specialist works remotely on a full‑time basis, focusing on generating new business through proactive phone outreach. You will engage prospects, qualify their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and assess their interest.
- Qualify leads according to the company’s criteria and document interactions accurately.
- Present customized solutions and answer prospect questions to facilitate informed decisions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems and coordinate next steps with the acquisitions team.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable building rapport with strangers over the phone.
- Self‑motivated and able to follow a proven sales process.
- Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping habits.
- Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑driven setting.
