Outbound Customer Service Representative – Sales Focus

About the role

We are seeking confident communicators to join Calls Experts as outbound Customer Service Representatives. In this phone‑based role you will engage prospective clients, pre‑qualify them for life insurance and final expense quotes, and pass qualified leads to licensed sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport and engage potential customers professionally.
• Pre‑qualify prospects for Life Insurance and Final Expense quotes.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
• Gather accurate customer information.
• Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Sales Advisors.
• Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance expectations.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset and comfortable speaking with new people daily.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations.
• Experience in pre‑sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or call center environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability to different projects and campaigns.

Required skills

• Windows 11 or macOS (Tahoe/Sequoia/Sonoma).
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent CPU (benchmark 5,000+).
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• USB noise‑cancelling headset.
• Fiber‑optic or DSL internet connection (≥30 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload).

What we offer

• Base pay of $3.98 per hour (approximately $788 per month based on 198 hours).
• Performance bonuses up to $500 USD per month.
• Paid overtime for approved extra hours.
