Order Management Analyst – Logistics

About the role

The Order Management Analyst ensures a smooth order‑to‑cash process by coordinating fulfillment activities across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics. Working in a hybrid setting in Ultralag, the analyst handles high‑volume transactional workflows while maintaining data accuracy and supporting continuous operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end fulfillment execution within ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Process and validate orders, including CMPOs, manual fulfillments and shipment coordination.
• Handle high‑volume transactional workflows with strong attention to detail.
• Monitor expedite requests, operational escalations and act as the primary point of contact for order‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to resolve order issues.
• Track backlog, monitor order health and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain data integrity across pricing, configurations, BOMs and system records.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect fulfillment timelines.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Assist with reporting and documentation using Google Sheets and Tableau.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, supply chain or order management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Ability to work with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience using project‑management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
