Operations Project Manager

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support the company’s strategic objectives. You will work under the governance of the Project Management Office (PMO) and collaborate closely with business and project leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Master Project Plans and schedules.
• Manage configuration planning, testing, validation, and go‑live activities.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodology and corporate governance.
• Provide reporting and dashboards to senior leaders.
• Support portfolio management by helping prioritize and select projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, task, and resource management.
• Ability to work with business leaders and project teams to assess and track activities.
• Strong understanding of PMO processes and governance.
• Commitment to ethics, compliance, and strategic alignment.
