Operations Manager – Premium Wellness Club

About the role

Origin San José is launching a premium private wellness club in Los Yoses and needs an Operations Manager to build the operational foundation and lead daily activities once the venue opens. This is a hands‑on, pre‑opening and launch position that requires a proactive operator who can create systems, supervise staff, and ensure a flawless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across all zones of the club, including housekeeping, reception, maintenance, and service teams.
• Develop and enforce checklists, procedures, standards, and staff routines before and after opening.
• Coordinate repairs, contractors, vendors, supplies, laundry, towels, inventory, and maintenance issues.
• Support bookings, guest arrivals, wellness sessions, private rentals, and events.
• Train staff, communicate priorities to ownership, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Inspect the property daily, resolve issues promptly, and protect the brand’s premium standards.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, private clubs, wellness centers, events, restaurants, or similar service businesses.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage people, vendors, and property issues without losing control.
• Proactive ownership mindset, calm under pressure, and capable of holding staff accountable.
