Operations Manager

About the role

re:center is a boutique wellness retreat located in Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa. We are looking for an on‑site Operations Manager to own the day‑to‑day running of the property, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full guest journey from pre‑arrival to departure, handling concierge services and issue resolution.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance and overall property presentation to meet re:center standards.
• Ensure revenue protocols across accommodation, wellness club and concierge services are followed accurately.
• Coordinate daily activities with on‑site staff, practitioners and external partners.
• Manage retreat and program logistics, preparing rooms, spaces and schedules ahead of each event.
• Maintain health, safety and operational standards, acting as the on‑site responder for incidents.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a hands‑on presence, constantly spotting improvement opportunities.
• Warm, guest‑first mindset that anticipates needs and builds genuine relationships.
• Calm, organized problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and decisive decision‑making under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel or resort operations, preferably in boutique, lodge or wellness settings.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Santa Teresa.
• Authentic alignment with re:center’s values and a desire to grow with the startup.
