Operario de Producción (Turno B) Miércoles a Domingo

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to work the B shift from Wednesday to Sunday. You will join Heraeus Medevio, a global technology group focused on medical devices, and help ensure products are assembled correctly, on time, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned assembly operations according to production plans.
• Perform 100% visual inspection of parts to meet quality standards.
• Achieve piece‑per‑hour (PPH) targets and maintain good yield.
• Dispatch finished products from the line while ensuring quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and avoid data errors.
• Apply sustainable production practices and promote energy efficiency.
• Segregate materials to prevent mixing of different components.

Required profile

• High school diploma (completed ninth year).
• 0‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong visual inspection abilities.
• Ability to follow standardized work processes and detailed instructions.
• Attention to detail, teamwork orientation, result‑driven mindset, and good communication with colleagues.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Basic handling of chemicals.
• Familiarity with laser equipment.
