About the role
The Production Operator (Operario de Producción) performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in a food‑handling environment. The role follows defined procedures, policies and processes to meet the established production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity while adhering to production, quality and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring the workload for each area is fulfilled.
- Produce output that complies with quality, safety regulations and governmental requirements.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade).
- No prior experience required.
