About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to perform non‑critical tasks on the shop floor. The role supports the first‑level operational process in a food‑handling environment, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level, non‑critical operational activities in the production line.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and HACCP standards.
- Follow established procedures, policies, and processes.
- Care for company assets, guaranteeing proper use and functionality.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety handling.
