About the role

We are looking for a committed and proactive construction operative to join our fixed‑position team in La Uruca, San José. The role involves hands‑on work on construction sites, contributing to the creation of safe and functional infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction tasks following plans and technical specifications.
• Perform maintenance, remodels, and gray work (structural concrete).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and safety on site.
• Operate manual and electric construction tools efficiently.
• Participate in site cleaning and organization.
• Report progress and any issues to the site supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum two years proven experience as a construction operative.
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems quickly.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to face daily challenges.

Required skills

• Use of manual construction tools.
• Use of electric construction tools.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques.
• Knowledge of formwork techniques.
• Proficiency with measurement equipment and leveling tools.
• Experience in gray work, maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry.
