Operador II Ensamble de Catéteres

About the role

The Operator II is responsible for operating and tending equipment used in the production of catheters and other medical device components. The role includes assembly, quality checks, packaging, labeling, and product movement while adhering to clean‑room standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, clean and package products according to customer specifications.
• Operate manual, semi‑automatic and automatic equipment, as well as specialized tools for catheter manufacturing.
• Use measurement devices to verify product quality and record data in the ERP system.
• Follow the Bill of Materials (BOM) to allocate materials, mix chemicals when required, and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Train Level I operators, maintain accurate training records, and log production counts and cycle times.
• Troubleshoot equipment, material, or process issues and support ISO‑based quality systems.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and finance teams, attend required meetings, and maintain a 5S‑organized work area.

Required profile

• Valid passport and U.S. visa (if applicable).
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with clean‑room procedures.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic math knowledge and the capacity to train in other production areas.
• Clear verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
