Mensajero 2 – Zona Occidente (Alajuela)

About the role

Join Correos de Costa Rica as a Messenger (Mensajero) covering the Occidente zone, based in Alajuela. You will be responsible for the collection, distribution and delivery of various items such as documents, packages, receipts, cards, supplies, equipment and other goods, ensuring they reach the right destination on time.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort and deliver documents, parcels and other items according to client instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Follow prescribed routes within the Occidente zone and adapt to client needs.
• Provide courteous customer service during each interaction.

Required profile

• Primary education; secondary school diploma is desirable.
• Valid A3 and B1 driver’s licenses.
• Knowledge of local routes in the Occidente area.
• At least 6 months of experience as a messenger, courier, distributor or driver.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Valid A3 driver’s license.
• Valid B1 driver’s license.
• Familiarity with local delivery routes.
