Media Sr. Value Stream Manager

About the role

CooperSurgical seeks a senior leader to oversee the Media Manufacturing value stream, covering formulation, aseptic filling and packaging. The role ensures safe, compliant and efficient production that meets customer demand and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Media Manufacturing operations, set production priorities and allocate resources across ISO Class 5, 7 and 8 cleanrooms.
• Drive performance on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People metrics while maintaining GMP, ISO and regulatory compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve cross‑functional issues and optimize inventory and capacity utilization.
• Lead investigations of deviations, non‑conforming material and quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years managing labor‑ and machine‑intensive manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership in fast‑paced, cleanroom settings with experience in aseptic processing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish communication also required.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous‑improvement tools.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification.
• Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards and cleanroom (ISO 5/7/8) operations.
