About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Professor to design and author rigorous assessment content for graduate-level courses. This contract position is fully remote and offers flexible weekly hours.

Key responsibilities

Design and author single‑option assessment questions in mechanical engineering.
Translate advanced concepts into challenging, exam‑quality content.
Develop detailed explanations and rationales for answer choices.
Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI‑generated materials.
Collaborate asynchronously to refine and improve content quality.
Conduct quality checks and revisions on contributed materials.

Required profile

PhD or MS in Mechanical Engineering with university‑level teaching experience.
Experience authoring, grading, or reviewing graduate‑level exams or coursework.
Ability to convert complex principles into exam‑ready content.
Background in assessment design or educational content creation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
