Materials Planning Analyst

About the role

As a Materials Planning Analyst you will support Intel’s global supply chain by developing and optimizing planning schedules, forecasts, and material requirements. You will use analytical insights to resolve inventory challenges and ensure seamless material flow that aligns with customer demand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, build plans, and capacity requirements.
• Conduct scenario planning to evaluate engineering, product, process, and inventory strategies.
• Resolve inventory challenges by managing flow, depth, and timing of inventory.
• Provide data‑driven insights to demand management teams to balance supply and demand.
• Plan, issue, and control supply chain schedules and material requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted operations and negotiate performance terms.
• Evaluate supply chain capacity and capabilities to support dynamic business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field, OR 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
