Shipper Success Associate – Shipping Operations

About the role

The Shipper Success Associate supports Amazon Shipping’s Shipper Support team in San Jose, Costa Rica. Working onsite, you will handle shipper inquiries, process requests, and assist with daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth shipping experience for Amazon’s business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to shipper inquiries through established channels, providing accurate information on services, policies, and procedures.
• Process and track shipper requests, maintaining proper documentation and meeting SLA timelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting details.
• Maintain and update shipper records, case logs, and internal tracking systems with high attention to detail.
• Compile data and reports on shipper interactions, issue trends, and team performance metrics.
• Support the creation and upkeep of internal knowledge‑base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to workflows.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
• Located in Costa Rica and able to work onsite at the San Jose office.
• Ability to follow established processes and meet service‑level agreements.
