Marketing Graphic Designer for AI SaaS Startup

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing AI‑native SaaS startup. Working remotely from LATAM, you will translate the company’s go‑to‑market strategy into visual assets that support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and proposal templates.
• Create visual assets for digital marketing, including social media posts, email campaigns, and paid media creatives.
• Support internal and external presentations for the marketing and leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates and an asset library to ensure brand consistency and speed.
• Collaborate closely with marketers to turn messaging into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times and minimal revisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve visual quality and consistency across all market‑facing materials.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pitch decks, one‑pagers, or social media assets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
