Manufacturing Team Leader V (Industrial)

About the role

TE is looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader V to oversee daily operations on the production floor. You will be responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating production, inventory, purchasing, and shipments to meet customer demand while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day production schedules, monitor efficiency and productivity, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Control inventory levels, coordinate material supply, and oversee purchasing and shipping activities.
• Enforce safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and promote a safe work environment.
• Lead training and development initiatives for operators and technicians.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with supervisors on administrative tasks such as vacation planning, attendance, and payroll.
• Support preventive and scheduled maintenance programs in the assigned area.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicate production results, and ensure proper use and custody of tools and safety equipment.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Intermediate English (desired).
• Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical sector.
• Availability to work the night shift (10 pm – 6 am, Monday‑Friday).
