Manufacturing Systems & Data Director

About the role

This global leadership position is based in Costa Rica and reports directly to senior leadership in the United States. The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, IT and data, driving system and data initiatives across worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing systems, ERP and MES initiatives across global sites.
• Design and implement data integration, digital operations, reporting and visualization solutions.
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and IT teams to align technology with production realities.
• Oversee system integration projects and ensure data quality in regulated environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing systems.
• 5+ years in regulated manufacturing environments and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• 5+ years of project management and operations systems experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and a valid U.S. visa with ability to travel regularly to the United States.
