Manufacturing Operator

About the role

Freudenberg Medical, a global contract manufacturing organization for medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join its Alajuela facility. You will work on the production line, ensuring that every product is produced, packaged and labelled according to strict quality specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, package and label products in compliance with shop orders, QCICs and all required documentation.
• Operate a variety of manufacturing and measurement equipment safely and report any problems to the lead or supervisor.
• Meet or exceed due dates for each manufacturing order.
• Maintain responsibility for all products manufactured on your shift.
• Read, complete and file documentation accurately, including validation support for engineering or manufacturing technicians.
• Follow gowning procedures and keep the workstation clean and presentable.

Required profile

• High school diploma (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical‑device industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Operation of measurement equipment.
• Understanding of documentation systems and accurate record‑keeping.
• Knowledge of gowning processes and clean‑room practices.
