Production Supervisor 3

About the role

The Sr Production Supervisor leads a team of production workers and oversees a production unit, ensuring product quality, yield and on‑time delivery. The role combines operational leadership, safety and compliance management, and continuous‑improvement initiatives in a medical‑device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality and GMP compliance initiatives, maintaining a safe work environment and supporting audits.
• Direct production planning and execution, scheduling activities, balancing staffing, managing WIP inventories and material availability.
• Drive operational excellence through productivity, efficiency, quality and cost KPIs, implementing Lean, Kaizen and NPI projects.
• Develop manufacturing teams by coaching supervisors, establishing performance metrics and ensuring cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate across functions and with customers to coordinate operations, communicate updates and improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, engineering or supervisory roles, preferably in medical‑device manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production and inventory management, quality systems and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, NCR, CAPA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Intermediate bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
