Manager - Oracle Fusion SRE

About the role

The Manager – Oracle Fusion SRE will provide service management and application support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform supporting LSEG's Finance business. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and other iPaaS solutions to ensure seamless interoperability across a complex technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service management and application support engineering for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Design, implement and maintain integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud and other iPaaS platforms.
• Ensure interoperability between the ERP platform and downstream applications.
• Apply ITIL best‑practice processes to incident, problem and change management.
• Collaborate with finance and technology teams to meet business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion in large financial services organisations.
• Strong understanding of service management principles and ITIL framework.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and iPaaS solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
