Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our distributed team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for turning complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that address specific business problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define data pipelines.
• Implement, optimize, and maintain ETL processes for efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for AI and ML applications.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance and accuracy of deployed models.
• Document processes, methodologies, and model decisions to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Strong ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Proven experience designing and managing production‑grade ETL workflows.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
