Machine Learning Data Scientist – Cloud Production

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist to design, build, and maintain production‑grade ML solutions in a cloud environment. The position supports a leading global job site and works across US time zones from PST to EST.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and monitor scalable machine‑learning models in production.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data pipeline development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Contribute to AI/LLM‑based capabilities where relevant.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and version‑controlling models in production.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
