MAC Program Manager – Moves, Adds & Changes (Southeast US & LATAM)

About the role

Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is looking for a MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Program Manager to lead office relocation initiatives across the Southeast United States and Latin America. You will act as the primary GREF liaison for business leaders, overseeing the complete employee move experience from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main GREF representative during relocations, building consultative partnerships with space owners and senior stakeholders.
• Lead change‑management communications and ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Own the end‑to‑end relocation lifecycle, including roster generation, move phasing, workspace assignments, and timeline coordination.
• Direct vendor performance, provide clear guidance, monitor KPIs, and hold vendors accountable.
• Make high‑judgment decisions on workspace accommodations, balancing employee needs, accessibility requirements, and site constraints.
• Manage area budget, resource allocation, and cost‑optimization in partnership with Finance.
• Maintain governance frameworks to ensure program compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and ability to handle complex escalations.
