Logistics Manager – Remote, $40‑$50/hr

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will review logistics documentation, suggest workflow improvements, and provide detailed feedback to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that showcases best practices.
• Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating documentation.
• Proven analytical skills with a track record of identifying process improvements.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
