LLM Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate model responses, and create coding challenges to help improve large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.
