Lifecycle Specialist – Employee Relations & Transitions

About the role

Remote is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Employee Relations & Transitions for its LATAM market. In this role you will act as an extension of our clients’ HR teams, managing employee exits and providing first‑level employee‑relations support while ensuring legal compliance and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage voluntary and involuntary employee exits for Remote’s external employees, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
• Provide first‑level employee‑relations assistance, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources as needed.
• Interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives aligned with Remote’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the broader Lifecycle team to enhance compliance coverage and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Proven track record managing employee exits with sensitivity, care, and legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and communicate practical solutions.
